Bumpdate - 13 Weeks

OUCH!! I think I'm experiencing my first real pregnancy symptom... tailbone pain. It started about 2 weeks ago with just some pain walking and sitting. Nothing to bad, just uncomfortable. Well this week is a completely different story. It feels best when walking and hurts the worst when bending over, the process of sitting down and standing up, and just sitting. I am often found expressing the pain verbally with not so nice words. OOPS. You can probably feel my pain and excitement about being in a car tomorrow for 4 hours. :( If I wasn't headed to the beach for a week, it'd be a much different story but the thought that I get to put my toes in the sand and relax is AMAZING.

My other symptom that I had before pregnancy, yet it has been taken to another level is motion sickness. I've noticed being car sick this week just simply from not driving. It is enough to put me in a soar mood the entire ride to where ever I am headed. Hubby loves to drive every where so our roles might have to change a bit. We were actually planning on driving to the beach together but unfortunately he has to work the later half of the week. I just can't come home early because that's two whole days of the beach I'll be missing out on. Plus, it is the last get away until December and let's be honest...I'm not going to be going anywhere in December.

• How far along? 13 weeks  

• Total weight gain: I was +3 at my doctor's appointment last Friday and don't go back to the doctor until July 20th. 

• Maternity clothes? loving anything not fitted! :)

• Stretch marks? Non, although the itching has begun

• Sleep: Its been good. Lots of bathroom breaks. I might be investing in one of those pregnancy pillows soon. 

• Best moment this week:  well... let's see... I went to Orlando on Saturday to arrive just in time for tropical depression Debby. It rained and rained and rained and rained. It was for work but we had planned to golf and well that didn't happen. I came home to two busy days in the office and tailbone pain. YUCK. On the bright side, tomorrow is still considered this week and I'm headed to the beach. YAY! 

• Miss anything? not really, however being at the beach... I already know that I will miss have Jesters. frozen alcoholic drinks.. yum! I'm thinking that maybe they will have a virgin flavor. 

• Movement: None yet... just gas! HA! 

• Food cravings:  Chick-fil-a. It kinda had been on my mind all week and well I ate it for lunch thanks to my hubby. He ate our yummy taco left-overs and let me go out. :) So sweet!  

• Food aversions: I'd say lettuce. Oh and I've lost my appetite. I know I need to get but just not really hungry.  

• Gender: not yet. We have our Gender appointment August 3rd. I'm thinking BOY.

• Labor signs: Oh no. I simply just want belly growing signs to show up. :)

• Symptoms: tailbone pain and increased sensitivity to motion sickness. 

• Belly Button in or out? way in, like normal.

• Wedding rings on or off? On.

• Looking forward to: I think you know... the BEACH!!!!
