Weekend Wrap-up

Friday night, hubby and I ventured out on a dinner date and to our local zoo. They do what's called a Zoolight Safari with Christmas lights. It is more geared to the kids but who doesn't love Christmas lights. We have a tradition every year to spend a few nights driving around neighborhoods ooohing, ahhhhing, and some booing over people's decor. I did this with my dad as a little girl and love that it has become one of our very own enjoyments. Here are a few (2 - really dark, terrible) pictures of our Friday night.

 

We didn't do much on Saturday other than some minimal shopping. On Sunday, which I mentioned in my 37 week bumpdate, we headed to Grandma's house for Christmas. We had some great food, gifts, and time with family.  My cousin's wife is due with their first baby boy three (ish) weeks after Wyatt is due. Of course, we had a photo op...

Lastly, we fit in one last photo of our side of the family. We got the camera out like 10 minutes too late for an entire group picture. Bummer.
